Almost the exact same title in Canada. Clinton blames herself for election loss but also points fingers at Russia, misogyny, FBI. Last sentence of this article but absolute personal responsibility suggest you are taking total accountability for the outcome. Clinton simply isn't doing that. In fact, she suggested her own flaws were pretty minimal. LOL
