How does this happen!?!
I can't get my brain around this one...
It is almost like she gets a remote version of Stockholm syndrome, she started to study her target to understand how to turn him then empathy turns to love?
Her actions as an FBI agent, lying, traveling under false pretenses, marrying an ISIS murderer, assisting the enemy, providing aid and comfort, I am certain we can add a few more...
She is in Syria, and lives in the harsh reality of that culture, she is treated like chattel, her world view is not tainted with the western positive spin.
Then she comes back and does the right thing, you can't make this up!
This has to be made up!

You've got me.
Just a thought though?
What if what she learned in college twisted her to do this ?
Then I believe we have the answer to curing this country.
Have our President enact a mandatory draft of everyone from 35 years old down to 18 years old to spend one year in these countries as guard duty and or convoy drivers.
If the exposure alone cured her that quickly just think of what it would do for the rest of them here.

This story hits so many humorous veins its hard to stop laughing. Firstly, what attraction could possibly have been there? Talk about "saying everything she wanted to hear." But despite what she heard, what did she know? Is she a new American? First time in the States? First time listening to gangsta rap? I mean, the gentlemanly overtunes are all over his persona, right?
And then to be college educated and embark on a journey of submissiveness and possibly torture. I mean heck, she coulda stayed in LA or the Bronx and got that for free and still been able to drive a car if she wanted to and not have to wear a burka. Oh well...I'm sure there will be an ABC-mini series on it.
