Drivers who hit protesters blocking roads could be protected under NC House bill

My mother always told me to never play in the streets or I might get hit by a car......

Reach your hand into my vehicle and you wont do it again.

I can't ride my bike or hitchhike on the interstate, but these folk think they can block traffic without any ramifications. I would have eased on through the crowd, hitting the criminals, before stopping and putting the family in harms way.
