Senior Lead Optimization Marketing Manager

- Bachelors degree and 8+ years professional experience in marketing

- Experience running demand generation campaigns and programs

- Demonstrable success in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads.

- Experience in configuring and managing funnel statistics via CRM and Marketing Automation software

- Must be highly motivated, self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledge

- Experience working in the technology (software or IT solutions) industry marketing complex products to BtoB buyers

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills

- Detail-oriented, analytical and results-driven

- Ability to work from both sides of the brain, but analytical and data-driven

- Inquisitive, with an aptitude for analytical and quantitative problem solving

- Solid understanding of marketing and demand/lead generation

- Experience partnering with agencies to develop campaign strategies develop solid agency briefs

- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or other marketing automation platform)

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Can- and will-do attitude, highly motivate, self-directed

- Must be eligible to work in the US
