If you are interested in Korean War documentaries, then you need to see "Hold At All Costs". It's a well done documentary about a slice of hell on earth in Korea called Outpost Harry. Harry was usually defended by an American Infantry Company and was regularly attacked by a much larger Chinese force. The Americans were told to hold at all costs and the Chinese were told to take it all costs. My late uncle, Emmett Henderson, was a 3rd ID Infantryman and was wounded at OP Harry.
