Group wants lawmakers to cap military housing stipends to curb costs

This makes sense to me. If, this is for housing and not an allowance of entitlement. I think, now, it is more of an entitlement. When I 1st joined and for many years, this is how housing allowance worked... you took paperwork to your unit, family housing, and they validated what you got. The same was true for dual military; only one got the allowance.
