Germany captures Taliban fighter accused of killing US soldiers

Okay, this is a very interesting story, but there is a lot that is missing...was he in Germany legally, how did he get there, was he conducting terrorist activities, what has he been doing since he left Afghanistan and how was he captured? I'd definitely be interested to hear the full story, but if he is in fact who the Germans say he is and did what they say he did then good catch!
