First off I would argue that anyone actually earns a uniform...you earn the title, Soldier, Marine, Airman or Sailor, that goes along with wearing the uniform. The uniform is one of the very first things you get in training, before you have done anything....it is given to you. Second, the dude who is calling him out said he was a Marine, yet the other guy is wearing an Army uniform, and he keeps saying he earned it...you'd think he'd know that. Third, this IS NOT Stolen Valor. If there really is a case of Stolen Valor then I am all for calling the people out, in the correct manner, after you give them the chance to correct themselves, but when it is just someone wearing a camouflage pattern that can be purchased at any surplus store then that is all it is...some guy wearing camouflage.

I can't even begin to count the number of times I would see people like this around Fayetteville...probably because they can outfit themselves in clothes that are fairly durable for super cheap. And if you're a homeless dud I am pretty sure you could put all those pockets to good use!

CPT Gabe Snell - If I was homeless I would totally rock an old uniform...comfortable, practical and plentiful. I can't stand people that call people out, but the worst are the ones who film it, make a scene and post it to YouTube like they're heroes or solving the world's problems.

Totally unnecessary since that guy was obviously not pretending to be a Soldier, he was just a guy that probably thought that he looked cool in it (which he does not)

He was wearing the uniform probably to solicit handouts from civilians who might actually think he is a veteran with their untrained eyes. Why else would he be hanging out at a WalMart entrance.
He should know not to smoke so colse to the doorways however...meaning that although his cig is important to him...its clearly not as important as being positioned at those doors is. There is a reason he is at the doorsbin uniform.
Panhandling.
Im not saying panhandling is illegal or even immoral. But most veterans probably arent panhandling, and the few who are...arent at WalMart.

Well our Marine was courteous and used his restraint to tell this individual he was wearing a military uniform. Seems strange that this guy had the pants, jacket and boots. Was he trying to get some money or assistance from people entering the Wal-Mart store?
