I'm guessing the vote will fail, Ryan will take it on the chin, and when the delayed evils of Obamacare hit the states n 2018, Trump will say "I told you so" and blame everyone in the House and Senate for their failures.

Guess he's trying to be funny then again Ryan made it clear that we'll never understand the GOP healthcare plan till phase 3...whenever that will be. Hahaha!
