Andrew Napolitano: Did Obama spy on Trump?

I'm less concerned about the FISA Court process and its oversight, because they at least keep records, even if they have to be maintained in a SCIF, then I am by the number of agencies and contractors who have apparently been given access to intelligence databases holding information on American citizens. We've all read stories of a number of contractors and employees who have been caught using their access to monitor their significant others. If true it seems likely to me that a politically partisan contractor or employee might use their access to help his or her political party. God help us if an organization has multiple politically motivated employees or contractors, at different levels. Because, they may even be able to erase any trace of their activities.
