I doubt that Putin is going to admit anything. This piece seems to suggest that, from a legal perspective, the International Court of Justice may find that they are at fault without stating they actually intended for the disaster to take place. That is a slippery slope for the United States as we too, like our counterparts in Russia, supply weapons to our proxy's around the world; in which case we may now be held accountable should the court rule against Russia setting precedent.

On the same token, what do we actually know? For all we could assume, and that's not a good thing, this could have been a setup from another faction to throw some dirt on Russians...
