There are three coequal branches of government so the Supreme Court is not Supreme. Immigration authority has been given to the ex cutive branch.. Is he really a NAZI jackass?

Wow, someone forget to read the Constitution before commenting on it? A Nazi jackass eh. What would you call someone that doesn't know what the constitution says about co-equal branches of government? The White House is correct. They are not above either of the other branches.

The Supreme Court's "supremacy" is relative to other courts not the other two branches of Government.

Cpl Jeff N., MAJ (Join to see), and LTC David Brown this...individual also said in his rantings that "The powers of the president to protect our borders are very substantial will not be questioned" and that the president "is correct 100%."
But hey, believe what you want.

Cpl Jeff N. - The U.S. Supreme Court has the power to strike down law that the Supreme Court finds unconstitutional. And still, and again:
“It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is.”

Unfortunately activist judges have gotten away from applying the law and instead have moved to "rewriting the law" even when expressly legislated according to the will of the People.

If he means that district court judges do not have authority to overrule the president on matters of national security, he's right.

“It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is.”
“To hold that the political branches may switch the Constitution on or off at will would lead to a regime in which they, not this court, say ‘what the law is‘.”

Alan K. - Well Obama read before he signed any order. Maybe if this POTUS did that and knew what he was doing, he wouldve been a first time go. Trump is getting some serious on the job training.

MSgt Neil Greenfield - And the law which gives the president the authority to suspend immigration says nothing whatever about seeking agreement from judges as to whether the threat he perceives is credible.
