College student dead after fall at frat party; help not called for hours

12 hours somebody should have stepped up. I've heard of similar situations where drugs were involved which resulted in individuals distances themselves from the incident often creating a lapse in getting medical attention to those in need. Not sure in this case as it looks like its still under investigation. At first glance it looks like rather poor judgement but regardless his brothers really dropped the ball on this.

was anyone sober enough to make the call?
