Pence sat next to James Baker at the Superbowl. Baker, whom I once had a lot of respect for, is reputed to be part of that Globalist cabal that pulls the strings on those we elected to Washington. Same goes for Henry Kissinger. I don't trust either one of them to look after the working class, and if they are rubbing elbows with Pence, that gives me a verrrry queasy feeling.

These elites feel entitled to make decisions for us, and I got news for them: Ain't happening! They've screwed this country up enough under the Bush's, Clinton's, and Obama's. This last election was a referendum against their control of our government. I know they think they are doing right thing in seeking to reduce global warming and reduce the world population down to a sustainable 500 million total (less than 1/10 the current population of over 7 billion), but it'll be a cold day in Hell before I roll over and let these snobs determine what rights we are "allowed", what kind of crap is allowed in the food we eat, what healthcare we are "allowed" to have, who is allowed to receive healthcare and for how long, who is allowed to live, die, reproduce, etc. We are NOT cattle to be managed by some Big Brother out of control New World Order government of Progressive elitist jerkoffs!!!

Seeing as Pence and Baker were sitting together - and correct me if I am wrong BUT! with James Baker being a Globalist, it would appear that Pence is being courted by them. Pence is a good and sensible man, but good men can be turned. I once thought Paul Ryan was a good man... and he very much disappointed me and a whole lot of patriots. Pray that Pence doesn't sell out like so many in the GOP did. I'll take Trump's boorish shenanigans over a Globalist sell-out any day!

I beg your pardon? Capt Jeff S.
What is racist about anything I said? Come on. Tell me.
If you can't tell the difference between a hypothesis and a racist statement, then you may want to invest in some more mirrors so you can see your problem more readily

Capt Jeff S. - Still waiting on you to clarify or have you realized that you may have not made the best of analogies?

The judge certainly has the authority (the word "right" might be misused). That does not mean his authority might have been overstepped or he has interpreted the federal laws on immigration poorly.

Where laws are unclear or murky there is need for some interpretation by the court. Where the law is clear the court needs to honor the legislative and executive branches (as elected by the people) unless there is a clear an compelling reason to believe something blatantly unconstitutional being done. Since this sort of restriction has been done many times by many presidents and the law is clear this is simply over reach by the judge. Not that hard to follow except for the terminally partisan leftists.
