CPT (Join to see) I read the article and I like the direction that some of the States are going. I've got three daughters in college (who by the way haven't participated in any protests, because they know that I'd cut off their car insurance, rent, and other expenses) and I don't them to be in any danger or even around these ridiculous students. What is wrong with the parents of some of these individuals. My daughters are 25, 23, and 18 and they respect the law, they respect freedome of speech, and they respect the American Flag. Those that don't I hold the parents responsible too. Our media is out of control as well in my opinion. Where are the stories about Americans that support our current President and those that are benefiting from his election - those stories aren't tragic enough or don't provide a spin factor. That's why me and the wife quit watching it. Nothing beign reported that is inspiring or bringing our country together. Just my two cents. I owe you a Vote Up for the posting - all out of ammunition today Christopher. Please feel free to Tag me and 19 other members for more coverage on your posts in the future. Just a suggestion.

It's bad when media (tv,radio, print, ect.,). Those media must be subject to prosecution .

Captain, I would suggest that you get your facts (real facts not alternate facts) straight about who the protesters are and who is causing the riots and property damage. I the instance at Berkeley (UC) the people doing the damage were not part of a peaceful protest but thugs/anarchists (take your pick.) Protest is part of free speech. The rioters are not.

Now, explain how to separate them and what action to take. I have no doubt that the CPT understands the difference.

Deja vu all over again.
I heard the exact same rhetoric from the right back in the '60's.
A few self-proclaimed anarchist move in on a peaceful protest, start violating the law, and those on the right smear the entire protest with the same brush.
Law enforcement should, as they are in most cases, identify those actually violating the law, apprehend them, and lock them up. Leave the law-abiding protestors alone.

The man running for Baltimore Mayor was running around under BLM promoting rioting. He was arrested and should be a fellon.
