His policy is NOTHING like what President Obama did in 2011. Neither President Obama (nor any other president except for FDR) has ever detained lawful permanent residents without due process (FDR went one further and detained US citizens).
Handcuffing and detaining a lawful permanent resident who lives and works in the United States LEGALLY without any due process is unconstitutional, and cannot be tolerated.
