Is there anyone at DHS with some common sense besides the IG? This is a clear cut case of government employees who have an agenda... they are not supposed to have one at their government desk but its the world turned upside down and so they do... pushing ahead on a process that can endanger us all. Let hope General Kelly get a handle on this... and soon!

There is always a move to automate certain services but because of misspelling, improper dates of birth, and and whole list of other issues, these automated system miss important information. It happens at my job everyday. The employer wants to make it easier so the work output is higher, but it doesn't always work that way.
