So you're thinking this is a federal issue and responsibility?

I would say a local tornado is a local problem with local state leadership involvement not federal.
I would not expect the White House to have a press conference discussing 4 people dying in a single state from a natural disaster localized to a single place.

While the loss of life is tragic and unfortunate it's not something I would expect the federal government and the White House administration to be involved in

I never said involved or a press conference to discuss, but an acknowledgement, a mention or something in that realm would have been better than him yelling at everyone for "visual content" not suited to his liking.

SGT (Join to see) - Data shows 6,775 people per day died in 2008

Did the Oboma admin make mention of that daily?

SGM Erik Marquez - You are missing the point on this or not wanting to see an alternative to what was without a doubt a hostile press conference.

This area has storms like this all the time, so why would we mention that at a WH briefing. The Governor of the state did not mention a local issue, so why would white house. I lived in that area for several years and things like that happen. By the way we got hit by same storm yesterday and one came rite down the street.

my point is Americans lost lives to a natural disaster (albeit a small number), but the focus was more over crowd size reporting. An acknowledgement of something even a 10 second bite would have changed the narrative and tone a tad.
