For Information and Training. I have seen a lot of Youtube videos about filming/photography. They say they are going to do a First Amendment Audit Then go to say.....The Front gate of a Military Installation...Cut scene MPs/SFs/DACP/ ect show up and tries to ID the Person because they are filming but are in fact conducting a Constitutionally Protected Activity. The Argument they might be a terrorist will not fly in court. We in Law Enforcement especially Military Law Enforcement need to remember Military Policies Can Not and Do Not supersede the US Constitution.

interesting ... but what happens when the snowflakes and Buttercups ...are out to cause a situation...

Most are...but some honestly are just exercising their rights. Either way they are aware that there may be a "fight". An Officer who has training and SOP/policy to fall back on is a better Professional....and if the filmer was looking to make them look stupid they lose and its a Public Relations win for the Base
