He wants to say he does that all the time and they show a clip of him doing it in reference to Ted Cruise. My thing is that acting in that manner is no better than a bully on a grade school playground. Not something that the president elect should be doing. This is not something that I would allow my children to do, I don't want someone that should be considered a roll model to my children to behave in this manner. During his campaign I have seen children going around mocking other children that are mentally disabled in that manner also telling children that are of other races to go back to Mexico even though they and their parents were all born in this town. These are the things I have a problem with, no one is teaching people the difference between right and wrong and it seems that this behavior has become acceptable. I wasn't a bleeding heart liberal until this election but I am a foster parent and an adoptive parent to children of different abilities and different races. I have heard it all now. I do not like the way our children are treated because of the way they were born because this man has made it ok for certain people to crawl out from under the rocks they were hiding under.

Thanks for summing that up. I could better support President Elect Trump's views if he articulated himself in a different manner. As a Soldier, I want my Commander in Chief to give me the same respect as he expects to receive.

Patriotism means to stand by the country. It does not mean to stand by the president or any other public official, save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. It is patriotic to support him insofar as he efficiently serves the country. It is unpatriotic not to oppose him to the exact extent that by inefficiency or otherwise he fails in his duty to stand by the country. In either event, it is unpatriotic not to tell the truth, whether about the president or anyone else.

I feel like that sums up my feelings better than anything.
