I never have been a brand name rider. I try various bikes and the one that fits my butt and ride style, and price range is what I go with. I really liked the way the Victory sat, handled, and rode. Unfortunately, I never bought one and probably won't now. Ashamed they won't stay in the market but money is money and I guess they have to do what is best for the company. I wish so many people would take the name off and just buy the right bike but so many people are brand conscious. I have friends that only ride Harleys...period. they just want a Harley to say they are riding a Harley. I have ridden many Harleys and they are well made bikes but not for the money in my book plus to me they ride a lot rougher than some others. The victory line was smooth but once again it all goes back to the greenbacks. I don't think those that were drawn to Victory will go to Indian...different look and ride...but then again I have been know to be wrong. Time will tell.
