All solid tips! More coffee and B12 are something I need to add. Thanks for sharing.

SGT (Join to see) - I don't know, I have not checked. B12 is something that needs to be medically regulated if used to actually increase your B12. It's dangerous at high levels. I'm not sure if the OTC stuff is potent enough but anything can be if you take enough.

MAJ Charles Blake - I don't understand most of the results from my blood work. Maybe, I'll ask my PA about it.
