1stSgt (Join to see) - I think it's that the military have done a lot for us and it's comfortable and perhaps the unknown. So I hold them accountable along with providing tips. Just like in the military give them a task if they do it or not do it there are consequences which could be good or not so good. I say if they put in the work it will pay off.
