Of course the relevant question is what was happening before the ACA? As far as cost increases go, it wasn't pretty. For the first several years the rates of increase were much lower under the ACA.It looks like they are back up again. If you recall one of the primary goals of the ACA was to control cost increases. It may not be doing that in the long run if we look at the recent jump but getting rid of the ACA may not fix it either since it was a "pre-existing condition" ;)

Slower Premium Growth Under Obama - FactCheck.org
Republicans say the average family health insurance premium has increased by $4,154 under President Obama. That’s right — and it’s a much slower rate of growth than under President George W. Bush. In fact, employer-sponsored premiums have been growing at moderate rates for the past few years.

It matters not how or what the GOP does, even if it succeeds. They will be blamed. Just wait and see the next election. The Democrats will claim rosewater smells like sh1t and there'll be plenty of people to believe it.

COL Charles Williams - Leaders take responsibility. As Harry Truman famously said, the buck stops at the top. Passing the buck is the hallmark of weakness and such a person will never learn from mistakes.

Nice post, but if someone didn't understand the consequences of Obamacare while He was lying through His teeth in 2009, shame on them. Nancy Pelosi's famous line "we need to pass it to see what's in it" You'd have to be a moron to not have foreseen the incoming disaster of Obamacare. Now that it's imploding on its own. Democrats try shifting all consequences to Republicans, what a bunch of a$$#ole cowards. Incapable of taking responsibility for their disastrous attempt to take over healthcare which had a final intended goal of single payer socialized system. Again, what a bunch of a$$#ole cowards.
