Let's see...
1. Hate Crime
2. Aggravated Kidnaping
3. Aggravated Assault
4. Making terroristic threats
5. Depraved Indifference
6. Accessories in the commission of a felony (for each felony)
7. Accessories after the fact (for each count)
8. Conspiracy to commit a felony (for each felony)
9. Willfully videotaping a felony to post it to social media (some states have this...IL?)
10. Endangering the life or health of child
Have I missed any? Still no word from the DOJ or White House. Will it come?

CPO (Join to see) - So from now on teens are not adults at 18? How about when their parents say do? How about when society says so? NOPE! It's not the fact that he was white that makes it a hate crime, it's the fact that he's disabled and they knew that. I hope they like bologna sandwiches. They'll be eating them for awhile. Sorry but devils advocate has no place in such an open and shut case.

CW2 (Join to see) - I think you missed the comment I was replying to. It was about the parents also being held accountable. They are 18 and adults by society's standards. The Parents should not be held for the actions of these adults.

This was a hate crime both by race and by handicap. I hope they spend a long time in a very very small room.

What I don't understand is how they are even talking about this not being a hate crime. Whether or not it is black on white, male or female, muslim or protestant hate is hate and this is a prime example. These monsters kidnapped a disabled man, beat and tortured him while ranting racists epitaphs. Why are they even questioning whether or not this is a hate crime?

Savage crimes like this have been allowed to happen and gone unpunished (or just a slap on the preverbial wrist) for FAR too long, that's why these animals thought they could get away with this. From Soros with paying people to stage riots, to who is blackmailing whom, to who is hacking whoever- WTH PEOPLE!?! Did morality just go out the damn window? Where was that little inner voice that said " you know, I really shouldn't be cutting this guy's scalp, or kicking him." As far as I'm concerned the death penalty needs to come into play here, save the tax payers some money.
