Anyone buying in on this one... The US Intel apparatus missed the Russian developments in the 1950's, they missed China's deployment of nuc's in the 60's along with the Indian's and the Pakistani's.... Why do we think we know what is going on inside a regime that we have no HUMINT on? This is some really dangerous stuff.
