Istanbul attack: ISIS claims nightclub shooting; killer still at large

Now authorities will have to prove Daesh was behind the shooting. Simply claiming responsibility for every bad thing that happens doesn't make it so and is a simple tactic to raise peoples' fears.

Of course they did. It doesn't matter if true or not, more credible for the nuts to glom on to.
