Putin relents, says he won't out expel U.S. diplomats after sanctions

Obama is just stirring up trouble for the Trump administration. He Seems to have forgotten all about his ridicule of Romney about concerns over Russia.

Putin is not escalating as he knows what Obama is trying to do. He wants to play the tough guy with weeks left in his term. Putin knows that little or none of what Obama does matters or will stick. It is Putin's final slap in the face to Obama. He thinks so little of him he will not even respond to the expulsion and sanctions.

This is not good for the U.S. that our president is viewed so weakly and thought of so lowly. Trump will have a lot of work to do to unscrew the Obama-Russia foreign policy flop.
