A commercial venture will be more economically viable than a bureaucratic venture? Who knew?

My guess is that that price disparity is going to spell the end of SLS if FH is successful. How can NASA justify paying 10x more for only a 30% cargo gain? They won't be able to. Cheaper (obviously) to pay for more FH's to get a given amount of cargo up to LEO.

SN Greg Wright - Greg they are actually working with DOD on the Orion Program that will send them to MARS, so it is probably Joint merger NASA and DOD. The Navy has been working on a new recovery system for the Orion using Dive Salvage, Seabee UCT and EOD divers and a towing platform form a AMPHIB Flat deck.

I hate to break this to you but it has very little to do with NASA. Spacex is privately funded and only uses their launch sites but has their own personnel in place during all of the launch events. NASA makes algae fuel and not much else due to the Obama administration cutting the funding.
