Heh. Texas and Oklahoma did after the oil collapse in the 80s. That made this last crash much more survivable than that one for most people.

Alberta is Diversified they have Electronics farming Hi-Tech I think they even have a light armored vehicle Factory here. Until the oil boom Canada Alberta had a two to three billion dollar Reserve fund. It's gone now and Albert is 15 billion in the red.
