Trump's first Executive Order "... As of 0001 Hours 21 January 2017 all Executive Orders issued by President Obama are deemed and considered null and void. Accordingly it is also hereby ordered and decreed that every Federal Agency will immediately cease enforcement of any and all Executive Orders initiated by President Obama. It is further ordered and decreed that no consideration of waiver of this order will be entertained by the Executive Branch... "
