Yes, and screw good order and discipline among those who have sworn to obey the orders of those appointed over them 'without mental reservation or purpose of evasion' and thereby agree to be subject to the UCMJ...too bad POSOUS didn't offer this advice at the beginning his terms in office. If I may, I don't like President Obama that much if at all, but although he didn't address it correctly we swore an Oath to the Constitution and view anyone who goes against, either now to the inauguration or for a thousand years past, foreign or domestic has to be stopped.

No matter how you want to "slice this balogna" The SCOUS ruled many years ago that the military is a unique society and as such is not subject to all of the rights and protection of the Constitution! The need to maintain good order and disapline outweighs individual rights under the Constitution. That said was there not a case of a soldier disaplined for posting anti-Obama diatribe on his Facebook page. So speak out when you agree with me... shut the f*** up when you disagree with me!
