Federal Regulation is a big issue in regards to the growth of companies and how business is conducted. Some say there is too much regulation and others say not enough regulation or enforcement.

One thing for sure is that the people voted for business and against regulation.

I think the problem with government regulation is the intent and purpose. We have seen government used as a weapon such as the IRS sent like attack dogs on vocal Tea Party members.
There needs to be an oversight and common sense that seems to be lacking.
