Trump only threat to our Constitution is when we as citizen fail to protest, because silence is approval, given that Congress will just play along; I am just facing facts that congress no matter what party is pro money for their lobbyist.

Am I missing something?
According to the NYT: Mr. Trump interrupted her to declare his commitment to the Constitution — even to parts of it that do not exist, such as “Article XII.” Shock swept through the room as Mr. Trump confirmed one of our chief concerns about him: He lacked a basic knowledge of the Constitution.
Article 12 U.S. Constitution
The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves...
What am I missing? Or is the NYT trying to suggest Article XII does not exist?

Thanks Capt Gregory Prickett. Seems there are Freedom sites out there that list the Amendments as Articles. http://www.americasfreedom.com/us-constitution/ for example. I also know that some educational systems refer to them as articles rather than amendments. *I* need to pay more attention!
No sweeter words were ever written on behalf of not just Americans, but on behalf of the world. The beginning of the U.S. Constitution.

Yep - that is for sure Capt Gregory Prickett! The amount of misinformation across the nation as a whole allows for articles like this one in the NYT to be written. I expect the POTUS Elect has knowledge of the Constitution. I don't think he is a Constitutional Lawyer (he should have 2 or 3 on staff for heavens sake!). However, his knowledge, like most Americans, is not complete. I don't think I can point to anyone in Congress, except maybe Rand Paul, who has any depth of knowledge on the Constitution! <sheesh!/>
