what the heck?!?! I am a crazy Amazon person...I order from Amazon all of the time...just take a look at my bill with them. LOL

I think some things should just be left to real people. I remember when these self check outs were the greatest new invention, meanwhile some stores dont limit what you can checkout there with and youre always stuck behind that one guy who cant find the bar code or work the machine. Another one is prompts, you call a company and cannot get a hold of a person or it directs you to go online. Who really benefits from the technology.
