While the article points out many discrepancy's with how the case was prosecuted and the "victims" were acquired I can not express a guilt or innocence decree. I Was not there I do not know all the facts from the case.

I would say Body cam's on every Officer and Dash cam's running all the time would end 100% of these issues. If I was an Officer I would buy my own if I had to and have it running at every stop to protect myself. People will turn on you faster than a rattlesnake can strike. Watch your 6 at all times.

They need to show more evidence, that proves beyond a doubt the officer is innocent.

Our judicial system does not ask that the accused prove beyond a doubt that they are innocent... the defense must only show doubt of guilt. it's the prosecutors responsibility to prove guilt beyond any doubt. By your comment it sounds like you feel a "guilty till proven innocent" system will be more effective.

SSgt Joseph Marquis - no, the other way around. Innocent until proven guilty.

Oh ok, I see now.... I sort of over looked the comma... and it sounded the other way? When you said "they" I felt it was directed at the defense.
