This is a real problem when you are out there! This guy at least is a real person, not to say that the ones I have had steal my military identity lately, but here are some of the issues I have had that I have reported to my S2 and S6. I was notified by a police officer that someone using my identity was scamming his mom in Colorado, the result was that I did a search on Facebook and found 9 fake accounts with my photo and likeness, all fake and stolen. They have not stopped and started once I was in Kuwait this past year. I reassured him and my family that these accounts were not me and that I am a victim like those whom these folks prey on.

I'm sorry you are going through this. Some people are just lowlifes who prey on those who are trying to do something meaningful in their life. I had someone like that too when I was growing up (not this extreme) but I removed them from my life so that they can't have the upper hand.
Contact FB or whatever and see about closing the account down and removing the stolen pictures.

PO1 (Join to see) - Yes, Facebook catches now about 75% of the fake profiles that use another name than my birth name and notifies me if I created a new account. They may have digitally tagged my photos to trip an alert, but now I do weekly checks under US Army and my name to find about 1 a week. I cannot find the others through pic correlation, but they seem to be catching most of them. I hope to not get arrested one day for something one of these yahoo's pull on someone.

Damn! This is serious. Anyway to catch the lowlife doing this? No way I could put my life and picture out there. I'd be asking for something like this to happen.
