1St Sgt Gina Aceves, Congratulation on a job well done and all you been threw, The hard part of your job is what lies ahead. Giving Back. In order to be where you are you had to become a leader. It not easy to find that happy medium between hard ass and to easy on the troops. I believe the key is delegating responsibility to your junior NCO's . Not only a lot of problems can be handled on a lower level but it gives leaderships to junior NCO. You just have to handle the hard stuff. God Bless and thank you for your service.

A true mentor as I've worked with this incredible leader through Fort Riley's Sergeant Audie Murphy Club on multiple occasions and can say the credit is where it deserves to be!
