She would not be graceful if she thought there were voting irregularities large enough to impact the outcome in a key state(s), nor should she. She would do exactly what Gore did and challenge the results in the state or states she felt there were issues. Every politician can challenge the results in a close or possibly flawed result. Gore conceded after he took it as far as possible, all the way to the Supreme Court. He fought the results tooth and nail and only when it became untenable did he accept the result. And he really didn't do that. The left has said for years Bush was selected not elected. That doesn't sound like acceptance to me.

Had the question been "will you accept the results of the election if there are no indications of fraud or it is well outside of a recount possibility" he probably would have said yes.

Every politician running for office has the ability to request a recount if it is very close or if there were irregularities (which is exactly what Gore did). Wallace asked Trump to accept, essentially, any result. It was a poorly worded question. No one (including Gore or HRC) should accept an election result with significant irregularities or very close numbers a recount could affect. A recount is there to ensure the results are validated. It is part of the process to ensure everyone is good with the outcome. It is not some sort of anti-American process to ask for recount. Recounts are built into the process.
