SGT Alan Dike - The ideology that puts forth the idea that some of us are better than others due to race. It rather falls down in the face of the information that race is not a real thing and we are all the same species that originated from the same spot.
If you are asking how that squares with their likely religious beliefs then I'll leave you with the thought that humans can be great at compartmentalizing beliefs, even contradictory ones.
