No it is only approved for the muslims to handle their legal proceedings with other muslims, same as up north, this is all muslims here in the states want but people holler that they will be forced to follow those rules. No they wont it was just a bid to set up a court to handle muslim matters among muslims legally which would benefit the regular court system in those areas greatly. the legal proceedings they would handle are, divorce, financial disputes, will executions or lack there of, and negotiations that are not based on crimes covered by the federal court system. It is a trial by ones peers thing but people blew up over it so the law allowing it has been delayed.
