So when we deploy and dont pay taxes on that income (loophole) are we cheating the system or trying to pay the least amount of taxes in order to increase the amount in our pocket? Sounds normal to me...

Nobody case about using a loophole. We care about his income, deductions, charity, etc.
If he had nothing to hide, he would have released them last year. If what he was hiding wasn't disastrous, he would have released them Sunday morning.
