Gotta have something for the company CDR to do other than UCMJ.
Issues of training (or lack thereof), budget constraints, toxic leaders, and other crimes........but black socks and rolled sleeves are solid concerns that leaders need to address and remedy.

I agree, but also believe that a poorly rolled sleeve looks MORE unprofessional and no uniform or military body is made the same. I always had uniforms in my closet that would fight me. Most would roll and behave camo out, but some refused to ever lay flat or nice except reversed. Unless it's for a special event, why fuss? It's just fabric and I'd rather see a roll that lays flat and neat than one that bunches and folds stupidly.
