FBI Alaska SWAT team failed breach

A few things:
1) The guy slipping down after the 2nd strike on the door was funny. Could have happened to anyone. It was slick and he moved his support leg when he shouldnt have.
2) What is the point of the vehicle in the driveway with all door and hatch open?
3) Who was the retard that left his weapon unsecured?
4) Did he toss a flashbang in? If so, why did they not enter?
5) What was the point of this whole mission? To look like retards? Mission accomplished.

What went right? I'm not sure. That he remembered to go back for the weapon orphaned by the garage door?
