I was into Antioxidants when no one knew what they were. I read a research paper back in the 1980's about a scientist who had been trying to get the attention of the scientific community because he believed that Oxygen was Killing Humans slowly. I don't remember his name, but he said Oxygen is what ages humans...that it's a catch 22. we need oxygen to live...to survive, but it's slowly killing us...This guy said that the only thing that can stop or slow down the aging process caused by oxygen was/is ANTIOXIDANTS. Since I read this article back in the 80's I have made it a point to eat food (veggies and fruits) that are high in Natural Antioxidants.
I do not drink and not much of a sun person, but I do get sun when I am out watering and tending to my numerous plants.

SA Jim Arnold - yes...and Japanese Green tea has the highest content of Anitoxidants.

I love green tea. Unfortunately the accident I survived last November left me lacking my sense of smell and taste. It is quite discouraging.
