He is the Chairman of a very powerful committee and clearly made the calculus that $4mil in campaign donations supercedes our national interest. Can you imagine the shitstorm he'd be facing if he had a (D) instead of an (R) after his name?

Same here but I don't think it is a Joke, I got a sneaking suspicion we don't have a Dry Dock Wide Enough or up to the Task to build a Dry Dock inside a Dry Dock.
