Numerous top staffers on Donald Trump's campaign haven't been paid

I am not knocking it, I am impressed that Donald Trump has been able to spend so much less money on his campaign that the ballooning of campaign spending over the past years......though I would have to say he literally has no ground game either.

The bigger question for me is how is he getting these people to commit without getting paid and can that be used as a model for future Presidential Elections?
