Lawyers for former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle are, in legal papers, blaming the parents of a girl who was secretly filmed in a child porno scheme — accusing them of being responsible for the emotional distress suffered by the girl as a result of the filming. SMH!!!

Unmitigated Gall...without a doubt. I'm sick and tired of people not stepping up and taking responsibility for their own actions. While it's sad if her parents are the reason for any emotional distress in her life, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the damage caused by filming/sexual misconduct propagated by Fogle or his "charity" chairman... Lawsuits like this make me sick!
