Polygraphs, including the lifestyle polygraphs are not 100%. Private lives are just that - private. It's hard to tell what people do when they aren't at work or being watched. Generals are people too. They are far from infallible.

Can't help but wonder if this general has any other dark secrets hidden his closet with the other skeletons? If so, hopefully they will come to light so he can really be busted down where he belongs. Abuse of rank and power is betrayal of the worst kind esp when perpetrated on those less able to defend themselves.

There were plenty of swinging officers when I was stationed at Ft. Campbell. They used to go down to Nashville to party. My team leader used to partake in that lifestyle.
