As I have recommended, sign up for the VAOIG reports, you will see how much the VA wastes or is defrauded. It is not a shortage of funding, it is irresponsible use of the funding. Until we get someone that will get provisions to get rid of those careerists entrenched at the VA, there will never be enough funding.

For what? The money could go towards mental treatment for our veterans. Also, what in the is the president giving Iran 4 hundred dollars? As I recall in the rules of engagement, America does not negotiate with terrorists. That is a federal offense according to the law.

SP5 Christine Conley - The original amount was $400M, the rest was interest, about $1.3B. Who goes through a year for their citizens being held hostage and 231 Marines slaughtered, then pay back the money with interest?

That is unfortunate. The problems that exist are systemic in nature, due to the size and bloating of the VA. When there are complaints about VA patient access, administrators across the building are studying what type of images to hang in the outer lobbies. This sounds like a serious "come to Jesus" moment has to happen, and none to soon.

Its crap like this that makes folks hate the government. They cant get anything right and everything they do is to enrich themselves and not their clients (the public).
Its very frustrating.
